What dietary requirements do you cater to?
All and Any. Vegetarian. Vegan. Pescatarian. Nut Free. Halal. GF. Pregnancy Safe. Please make a note in the Allergen Section on the ordering page with any changes you require. Please note there could be additional charges for this. If you need to change any information after your order has been placed, please email hello@ohhoneygrazing.co.uk
How long do your products last?
All of our products can be kept in the refrigerator for 2 days and will keep extremely well. We recommend consuming any of our products within 24 hours for ultimate freshness, although 48 is also fine. We also recommend that after 4 hours of having our products out in the open they should be refrigerated but this is up to the individual themselves. Outdoor Grazing Tables should be kept out of direct sunlight.
How do I make a bespoke request?

Is your packaging environmentally friendly?
It sure is! We only use either recyclable or biodegradable/compostable packaging. Nothing we use is a landfill waste!
All our packaging will usually come with a helpful little stamp at the bottom, telling you what it is and how to dispose of it in the best way.

Can my order be sent to a different address?
Yes. If you’re ordering as a gift, simply enter the desired delivery address at checkout. If you need to change the delivery address after submission, please email hello@ohhoneygrazing.co.uk with your order number and change of request.
When and where do you deliver?
We deliver every day of the week. We can not guarantee delivery times however if you have a specific time required please email hello@ohhoneygrazing.co.uk and we can try to accommodate you to the best of our abilities. We will send out a 4 hour time frame that your order will be delivered on the day to prevent you having to wait around all day.
We are based in East Lothian and deliver to the below postcodes at no additional charge
EH1, EH2, EH3, EH6, EH7, EH8, EH9, EH10, EH11, EH12, EH13, EH15, EH16, EH17, EH18, EH19, EH20, EH21, EH22, EH24, EH25, EH26, EH32, EH33, EH34, EH35, EH37, EH41 delivery is free.
For postcodes EH4, EH5, EH14, EH23, EH27, EH28, EH29, EH30, EH31, EH36, EH38, EH39, EH40, EH42, EH43, EH44, EH45, EH46, EH47, EH48, EH49, EH51, EH52, EH53, EH54, EH55, KY11 a £15 delivery fee is required.
​​For deliveries during peak hour traffic 08:15-09:30 and 16:30-17:45 an additional £5 delivery fee is added as peak hour traffic can add 20-30 minutes to the above mentioned postcodes.

All delivery calculations will be made at check out, please make sure you select the correct delivery category there. Please note if you change address after your order has been placed you may be required to pay a delivery fee

Not going to be in to receive the order?
If you aren't going to be in to receive your order please let us know at hello@ohhoneygrazing.co.uk and we can hopefully arrange an alternative delivery location. If you are not in when delivery is attempted we will contact you on the number provided at check out to arrange an alternative drop off point. If we are unable to contact you we will leave the item with a neighbour. This is not possible where there is no secure front door or the drop off location is a block of flats or office building where there is no front reception. If this is the case, the box will be returned to our kitchen and either re-delivered the following day or a collection time will be arranged.
Can I collect my Grazing Box or Platters?
Yes! If you would like to organise a collection time then please get in touch at hello@ohhonegrazing.co.uk or at checkout please select ‘Collection’
How far in advance do I need to book?
Our bespoke grazing tables and events, we require 5 days notice. The more notice the better! Grazing boxes and platters require a booking before 12noon for next day delivery. We prefer 2 days notice for Boxes and Platters but can accomodate for next day requests if required. Please be mindful if your event is on a weekend or public holiday as these can be some of the busiest days of the year, therefore we recommend booking with as much notice as possible.
How does it all work?
For all Grazing Boxes and Platters you simply select your option, the amount required and note any dietary requirements, gift message and/or select any add ons. Continue through the checkout process and be sure to add your required delivery date in the 'notes' section, an email with your order confirmation will be sent. A second email will then be sent confirming your delivery schedule and the allocated time slot.
For all Grazing Tables send through an enquiry and we will get back to you within 24 hours where all the details and prices will be explained.
For next day delivery the cut off is 12noon, we prefer a minimum of 2 days notice for all orders but can accommodate for next day requests if required. For all tablescapes and events we require 5 days notice.
