Refunds
Due to the fresh and organic nature of our produce, returns of perishable goods cannot be accepted. Should there be an incorrect or faulty item in your delivery we must be informed within 5hrs of the product being received in order to offer replacements or refunds. Images of defective or incorrect items will be required.
Cancellations/Order Changes
If you wish to cancel, this can be done within a 2 hour period after your order is placed. Beyond this time frame we are unable to process cancelations. You can do this by emailing us on hello@ohhoneygrazing.co.uk. State your order number, delivery address and any other additinal inforamtion we may need.
For any order changes such as a date, address please contact us via email. If there are any other issues please feel free to contact us and we will always try our best to accommodate your needs. Please always mention you order number.
Food & Produce
As our produce is sourced weekly and garnishes can be seasonal they are subject to availability and substitutions. Although the majority of our menus are fixed, there may be slight changes season to season. We may also face supplier issues at times, and so cannot guarantee each and every product, such as figs, edible flowers and honeycomb. We will always use an alternative or use more of another product to compensate.
Food Handling
When any of our products are received please keep them chilled and consume within 2-3 days. It is the responsibility of the customer to dispose of the food if kept unrefrigerated beyond 4 hours, to comply with UK food standards. By agreeing to our terms and conditions the client is agreeing to dispose of any food after this set time. Oh Honey will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to our food consumed after this time.
Allergies
Please let us know of any allergies on the ordering page or by emailing us at hello@ohhoneygrazing.com and we will do our best to accommodate any allergies/intolerances you may have. However, we cannot guarantee that specific items have not come into contact with such allergens, as there is a high risk of cross contamination. Therefore anyone with server allergies must take their own nessasary precautions. Oh Honey will not be held responsoble for any adverse reactins to any food consumed if we have not been informed of any allergy/intolerances, this is to be done during your booking process.
